From home preparations, carefully determining list price, overseeing construction projects, home inspections, staging, marketing to reviewing offers, financing, vetting buyers via their lenders, to signing closing documents and putting a “SOLD!” sign on you lawn celebrating with you — Todd is there every step of the way. Not his assistant, not his listing coordinator; him. No 800 numbers or answering services, just his cell phone and personal email. He provides a one-on-one experience and strives to remain available and accessible at all times to put your mind at ease in often stressful circumstances.
When representing clients whom are buying homes for sale in Walnut Creek, Concord and surrounding communities, Todd takes pride in finding clients their absolute dream home. He leaves no rock unturned, and explores off market, on market and coming soon opportunities. Todd makes time to see homes with his clients, and does not use a showing agent, buyer agent or, even worse, just tell his clients to attend open houses; he prefers to see the properties privately and in person with his clients to ensure no detail is overlooked. Todd is skilled in writing strong contracts that will rise to the top of the stack, an important ability in today’s fierce seller’s market.
A Walnut Creek native who has lived in the Walnut Creek, Concord and Danville cities for nearly 40 years, Todd is intimately familiar with most neighborhoods and closely monitors their respective micro-markets. He has children and is also married to a school teacher and is knowledgeable regarding schools, swim teams, sports and other information in which parents and future parents may be interested.
Todd has received additional training and is certified as a First-time Buyer Specialist (FBS).
